Ithaca Beer Company
Aroma: Strong hops on the nose, with only a light bit of malts.
Appearance: Pale straw in color, with slight carbonation. There is some haze in the brew, either chill haze or something else, possibly bits of hops. The head was light and fluffy, falling to a ring of froth around the glass.
Flavor: Very strong hops on the tongue, with hints of pine and grapefruit at the front. The malts hide behind the hops.
Mouthfeel: Light and bubbly on the tongue, and the hops leave a clean feeling on the palate.
Overall Impression: A very tasty IPA. Whatever was floating in the beer doesn’t adversely affect the flavor.
